How to get Pokémon GO when it is not available in your country (Android only)

Hey guys! Have you been seeing your friends in other countries playing Pokémon GO and you wanted to get it too? You headed over to Play Store but your heart sinks when you read the words in green: “This item is not available in your country.”

Don’t be dismayed, there is hope! Sites like ApkPure and Apk Mirror are there for you. Head over to any of them (in this example, we will be using ApkPure), and follow the steps below:

Step 1: 

Open up your web browser and go to apkpure.com

Step 2:

In the search box, enter Pokémon GO.

Step 3:

In the list of results, click on the authentic Pokémon GO app (it is created by Niantic Inc.)

Step 4:

Click on the Download Apk button, you should be notified of a download in your phone’s notification bar.

Step 5:

When the download is complete, close your browser and open your Android’s Downloads app.

Step 6:

Click on the relevant Apk file and a page with the Pokémon GO logo and Cancel and Next buttons will be displayed. Scroll down the page until you see an Install button. Click on it and the Pokémon GO game will be installed on your Android. Voila!
